Order Processing

All orders placed on sumosanitary.com are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification when your item is dispatched.


Local Delivery (Singapore)

  • Standard delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout

SUMO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts.


Delivery Condition

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the parcel and product immediately. Any issues should be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt.


2 YEARS WARRANTY POLICY

At SUMO, we design our products to last.


What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

Our 2 Years Warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal household use, including:

  • Internal component defects

  • Functional issues not caused by misuse

  • Performance faults arising from material or workmanship defects

If a defect is confirmed, SUMO will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the defective part or unit


What Is Not Covered

While our products are built for durability, the Lifetime Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Physical or accidental damage (e.g. drops, impact, cracks)

  • Improper installation or incorrect handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties

  • Damage caused by external factors (fire, flooding, corrosion due to extreme conditions)

Cosmetic changes that do not affect product function are also not covered.


Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. Allow our team to assess the claim

Approved claims will be handled as efficiently as possible. Replacement parts or products may differ slightly in appearance due to updates or improvements.


Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased from authorised SUMO channels

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
